If you want a glimpse into the heart of a shepherd, most of us know that John 10 is a great place to start.
But, if you want to get a glimpse of what the life of a shepherd should look like, read 2nd Timothy. 1st and 2nd Timothy and Titus are all pastoral epistles (Paul’s letters to young pastors), and they are all amazing, but there is something about 2nd Timothy that is cutting right to my heart right now.
